Return for a Store Credit**
- Your return is initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Your return is sent back within 7 days of being approved.
- Item/s are in original condition (unworn and unwashed).
- The shipping cost to return the item is payable by the customer, and you can use our portal to generate the shipping label.
- We cannot offer refunds or exchanges on used eye-masks and scrunchies due to hygiene reasons (We do not sell the used products - instead donate it to second-hand shops of our choice)
- A refund is not offered on hair oil once it’s been used.
Damn Gina reserves the right to deny a return if it does not meet the conditions above.
Submitting a Return
- Please submit your return request via our Returns Portal.
- Once approved, send the item(s) back to us with a clear reference to your order number. Note: Items returned without approval through the portal or email, won't be refunded.
- Please ensure you use a protective bag (we encourage you to reuse the satchel) as Damn Gina will not be responsible for goods that are damaged or lost in transit.
- Upon receipt of the items, they will undergo a quality review. Once cleared, you will be emailed your store credit gift card or refunded for the purchase price (excluding original shipping cost) directly to the original method of payment used for purchase.
CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
Due to the limited nature of our product, we do not offer exchanges as we cannot guarantee that the item/s will be in stock once we receive your return. Please use our Returns portal to request a store credit which you can then use to purchase your desired item/s.
CAN I CHANGE MY ONLINE ORDER?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or make amendments to any online orders after your order is placed.
If you've made a typo on your order, email email@example.com immediately, and we might be able to amend your order if it hasn't yet been processed.
INCORRECT OR FAULTY ITEM?
Please lodge a return request through our Returns portal so we can resolve this as soon as we can.
Wrong addresses/Return to Sender
If you have keyed in the wrong address, we can change it before we fulfil it. But, if the order has been fulfilled and if the parcel comes back to us (sometimes it may not, and that is not our responsibility) due to the wrong address or any other reasons out of Damn Gina's control, customer incurs a re-delivery charge of $20. Please make sure the address you provide us is right and double-check before completing the purchase. Keep an eye on your inbox for email notifications on where your order is.
Shipping cost is not refunded.
Customer will bear the cost of return shipping and is responsible for lost or missing returns if sent without the tracking.
