Returns and Exchanges
We know that you are going to absolutely love Gina's accessories - that doesn't mean we take you for granted.
All our products are shipped from Victoria (3046)
If you have received a faulty or damaged item, you can get in touch with us within 14 days of receiving at email@example.com and we will offer a refund or exchange, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.
If you change your mind, we can offer you an exchange in a different colour/size or offer a store credit with a validity of 6 months that you can use on any of our products. Get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving the item. The above applies for pillowcases, turbans and caps. Please note we do not offer refunds for change of mind. There is a shipping fee of $7 for exchange shipping.
If you have keyed in the wrong address, we can change it before we fulfill it. But, if the order has been fulfilled and if the parcel comes back to us (sometimes it may not and that is not our responsibility) due to the wrong address, customer incurs a re-delivery charge of $10. Please make sure the address you provide us is right and double check before completing the purchase.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on accessories like used eye-masks and scrunchies due to hygiene reasons.
We do not sell the used products - instead donate it to second hand shops of our choice.
You will be refunded the transaction amount minus a 6% fee when paying with Afterpay, 2% fee via Shopify payments and 3% fee when paying with PayPal.
Shipping cost is not refunded.
Customer will bear the cost of return shipping and is responsible for lost or missing returns if sent without the tracking.
