Do all hair wraps come with the adjustable drawstrings?
Yes. All our hair wraps are now upgraded with drawstrings and are adjustable.
I have straight, blonde hair that mattes at the back. Will the hair wrap help me?
We have a lot of straight haired customers buying the hair wrap to keep their hair tangle free and to avoid matting.
If my head measurement is 57 CM what size should I go for?
When in doubt go for the larger size. You can adjust using the drawstrings.
I live in QLD. Will it be too hot to use the wrap in this tropical weather?
Silk is a cooling fabric and we have heaps of customers in QLD and NT who love our hair wrap and never had an issue with head getting too hot.
I have a big head but fine hair. What size should I buy?
Go according to your head size as that will be the most comfy fit. In this case it will be large.
I have fine hair. I feel like the hair wrap will flatten my hair further. Thoughts?
Valid question. If you have fine hair, we suggest sectioning your hair into multiple parts and tie it loosely. When you remove the turban in the morning and untie the sections, the best thing to do is not to touch your hair for about 10 mins and let it fall naturally. After about 10 minutes, flip your hair to the front and fluff at the roots. This will make sure the hair is not flattened.
How often do I wash the hair wrap? How do I wash it?
We recommend washing it as often as you wash your hair. Cold water hand wash is the best way to wash the hair wrap for longevity. You can also use a delicates bag to wash in the machine but with cold water. Also make sure the detergent you use has no harsh chemicals/bleach.
Is this product vegan?
No. Silk is produced from the saliva of silk worms. This product is not vegan.
